Camp Wool Update – Message to our Customers – Thursday, May 21
Hello to All our Valued Customers:
Once again, we have received additional updates from the state which put our next possible open date to Monday, June 1. We certainly hope that these dates don’t change again so for now we are planning for that date with standard CDC controls. Like so many stores our hours will be changing slightly to accommodate cleaning and private shopping hours for anyone that needs it. Note: Prior to June 1 we continue to be open by appointment only so please give us a call to schedule a time for your visit.
Please read on for important information for our new open date of Monday, June 1.
Revised Hours – June 1 and after:
We have will be open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (new) Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. As before, we will be closed on Tuesday’s and Sundays.
Personal Shopping Times:
We are reserving the hours of 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 4:00 to 5:00 PM for reservation only private shopping times. We respect and understand that many want and still need to have this opportunity. Each day we will have the opportunity to schedule private appointments during those two hours. You will be able to reserve ½ hour or the full hour based on your shopping needs. There is no extra charge for this. We just ask that you call ahead to reserve a time. You must receive a call back from us to confirm prior to arrival so we don’t miss you!
Should you need anything, e-mail (email@example.com) or phone 207-985-0030 the store and we will be happy to prepare your order for pickup or ship directly to you! While I cannot support e-commerce sales at this time we are able to showcase merchandise for sale in Facebook and our website so keep checking to view new posts!
Update on Classes:
We are not scheduling any new classes until July. At that time we will evaluate and of course follow state and federal guidelines. More to follow.
Visits to the Store/CDC Controls:
As of June 1 you will be able to visit the store at your convenience (i.e. no appointment necessary) following your states and Maines CDC requirements. Here at Camp Wool we are asking all individuals in the store to wear masks at all times. We encourage the use of gloves but they are not required. We do have gloves and a limited number of masks should you need one. Hand sanitizer is also available. This is a large store but we will be limiting the number of shoppers to 10 at any one time here in the store. I do not anticipate a problem with this limitation, but we will monitor and on a rare occasion may need to have you wait in our lounge area should we go over 10.
We sincerely hope that we will see you some time in the future as your conditions allow. So many small businesses have been severely hurt by this situation and we hope to be able to support you starting June 1 and the future.
Take care all …. We greatly miss all of you and the warmth and camaraderie of human interaction.
